The grinder combines 38 mm stainless steel conical burrs, dual bearing stability, and stepped adjustments to produce a uniform grind with little coarse grains or powder. Its 36-point precise settings range from iced to espresso. The recommended settings appear near the grind wheel in the Lardera version, making the grinder easier to use without reference to an instruction manual.
The Lardera version also increases the grinder’s capacity from 25 to 30 grams, enabling a larger serving of coffee with each grind.
